Delivery and Return Terms

At nfbilgisayar.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction. To ensure your shopping experience is completed smoothly, our delivery and return processes are detailed below.

1. Delivery Terms

1.1. Shipping Process

  • Your orders placed through our site are handed over to the courier within the periods specified on the product detail page after payment confirmation is received.

  • Custom-built computers and products requiring assembly may require an additional 1-3 business days compared to standard products due to testing processes.

1.2. Shipping Fees and Companies

  • Shipping is provided to all parts of Turkey through our contracted courier companies.

  • Shipping is free for purchases over a certain amount (the current campaign amount is specified on our homepage).

1.3. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Please make sure to check the package when receiving your shipment. For packages that are damaged, torn, or opened, do not accept the delivery and have the courier officer prepare a "Damage Determination Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı).

  • Responsibility for damaged products without a formal report belongs to the buyer.

2. Return Terms (Right of Withdrawal)

2.1. Return Period

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without providing any justification and without paying any penal clause.

2.2. Non-Returnable Products

In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

  • Products whose price changes depending on fluctuations in financial markets.

  • Products prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs (e.g., custom-built computer cases, devices with activated software licenses).

  • Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery; and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Products that have been used, installed, or whose original box/packaging is damaged.

2.3. How Does the Return Process Work?

  1. Submit your return request through the "My Account" panel on our website or via our communication channels.

  2. After the return request is approved, the product must be sent with all its accessories, invoice, and original box.

  3. After the product reaches us, it is inspected by our technical team. For products whose compliance with the return conditions is approved, the refund is processed within 10 business days using the payment method you used (Credit Card/EFT).

3. Warranty and Defective Products

  • All products sold on our site are under the guarantee of the distributor or manufacturer.

  • For products that fail within the first 6 months after delivery, action is taken within the framework of "Defective Goods" provisions. Faults resulting from user error (liquid contact, dropping, voltage error, etc.) are outside the scope of the warranty.
