This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has been entered into between NF Bilgisayar, operating the website nfbilgisayar.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), and the user ("Member") who becomes a member of the Site, for the purpose of membership to the Site, and has entered into force on the date the Agreement was approved.
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms regarding the Member's use of the services offered on the Site and the rights and obligations of the parties.
The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of the Site is correct before the law, and that the Member will indemnify the Site for all damages incurred due to the untruthfulness of this information immediately and in full.
The Member cannot give the password provided to them by the Site to other persons or organizations; the right to use the said password belongs exclusively to the Member.
The Member accepts and undertakes from the beginning to comply with the legal regulations while using the Site and not to violate them. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities shall be fully and exclusively binding on the Member.
The Member cannot use the Site in any way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs or harasses others, or for an illegal purpose.
The ideas and thoughts expressed, written, or used by members on the Site are strictly the personal opinions of the members and do not bind the Site owner.
The Site shall not be responsible for the reading of member data by unauthorized persons or for any damage that may occur to member software and data.
The Site is not responsible for interruptions in the process, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, losses, delays in processing or communication resulting from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other reasons.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the Site may process the Member's personal data for purposes such as receiving orders, providing products and services, performing payments, conducting marketing activities, and managing membership transactions.
The Member acknowledges that they have read the "Privacy and Cookie Policy" and consents to the processing of their personal data within this framework.
This agreement shall remain in effect until the Member cancels their membership or the membership is canceled by the Site. The Site may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the membership of the member if the Member violates any provision of the membership agreement.
The Member's registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time the member became a member and entered into force mutually.
