The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER via the nfbilgisayar.com website belonging to the SELLER.
The type and category, quantity, brand/model, sales price, and delivery information of the products consist of the information at the time the order is finalized.

4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and informed themselves about the basic characteristics of the product subject to the agreement, the sales price, the payment method, and the preliminary information regarding the delivery on the nfbilgisayar.com website and has given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
4.2. The product subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period described in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the agreement in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.4. For the delivery of the product, it is mandatory that this agreement has been confirmed electronically and the sales price has been paid by the payment method preferred by the BUYER.
In distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any justification.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of Article 6.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products according to the regulation:
Goods prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or personal needs.
Goods that can perish quickly or are likely to expire.
From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
Computer consumables, software, and digital content (in case the packaging has been opened).
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized.
